If you do not have prior CrossFit experience, we offer a 1 on 1 training session as your first pass. This session is designed to assess you general fitness and movement capacity, as well as teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit.
If you have prior CrossFit experience, feel free to jump right in and register for classes.
